Billie was born from lived experience. I once had a minor transit citation quietly turned into a bench warrant — the kind of small administrative snowball that can derail a job, an apartment, or an opportunity before you even know it exists.
That moment, and years of watching clients, consumers, and people I love navigate a fragmented, expensive, and confusing records system, made something clear: your records shape your life, yet almost no one can see them, understand them, or fix them without money and connections most people don't have.
I built Billie so Legal Wellness isn't a privilege reserved for people who can keep an attorney on retainer. Billie makes Legal Wellness accessible for everyone. Billie carries forward a legacy passed down in my own family: the belief that clarity, dignity, and the pursuit of opportunity should belong to all of us.
